1. The Mini to Micro or Micro to Mini converter (M2M checkbox)
2. The master account Quantity Multiplier (must be an integer)
The M2M conversion works with the 12 futures below :
YM-MYM, ES-MES, NQ-MNQ, RTY-M2K, CL-MCL, GC-MGC
The M2M conversion does not work with any other instrument
